Apple Knoll Farms
Cristi Khalil is organizing A Classical Dressage Clinic with Portuguese Master Trainer Miguel Anacoreta of Madrid, Spain. The Clinic will be held October 5 - 8, 2018 at Apple Knoll Farm, in Millis, MA. Miguel Anacoreta joined the Escola Portuguesa de Arte Equestre at the age of 15 and remained with the School for 13 years. During that time he was trained daily by the esteemed Director of the School, the late Dr. Guilherme Borba, who himself was trained by Master Nuno Oliviera and in Vienna at the Spanish Riding School. Miguel has participated in numerous exhibitions all over Europe, and was one of the select riders to train and perform the airs above the ground. Miguel is fluent in English and his style is classically correct, staying true to the classical principals that have been passed down through the ages. There are still a few spots available. If you are interested in riding or auditing contact Christi Khalil Spanishdq@gmail.com or 781-801-0406. Clinic Flyer is HERE |
Silver Spur Stables
Jody and Mike Sydow’s Stallion Arturo PA took Grand Champion Senior Stallion Ribbons in the August 2018 Eastern Regional Andalusian Club’s Show in Virginia. The win was especially meaningful for the Sydows as their Quality 7-year-old Horse was ranked above an imported Spanish Qualified Stallion. Arturo PA has been in training with Howard Peet working in harness. He will be showing in IALHA National and FPSH Functionality and Morphology Classes in October at the Katy, Texas Triple-Show. |
